Fourteen years ago when the market was at it’s peak, I worked as an office manager in a real estate office.  Simply put, I loved real estate and everything about it.  While completing my degree, I decided to purchase a condo as my first investment.  Since then, I have made 3 very sound real estate investments and I fell deeper in love with the profession.

Fast forward to today, my success in real estate and the benefits it has bestowed upon my family has made it clear that real estate is not a hobby, but is rather my calling.  Having experienced first hand the many facets of real estate in practice, I thought it necessary to further develop my skillset.  Accordingly, I took a position as the office manager for a law firms real estate division.  It was there that I learned how to develop a comprehensive approach to real estate.
